Principle of air conditioning dehumidifier:

The principle of air conditioning refrigeration and dehumidification. During the cooling process, the temperature of the humid air will decrease after passing through the evaporator condenser, and the air humidity will reach a supersaturated state. The excess water vapor will become condensate and condense on the aluminum fins of the evaporator. It turns into water droplets and is discharged outdoors, but when the cooling mode of the air conditioner reaches equilibrium, too much water will not settle out. Equivalently speaking, this dehumidification mode is an additional function of air conditioning during the cooling process, which can remove some humidity, but its dehumidification ability is limited.

In non cooling mode, the air conditioner can also be independently dehumidified. In some air conditioning remote controls, dehumidification mode can also be seen. The working principle of air conditioning dehumidification mode is to reheat the air cooled by the evaporator. When the original temperature is reached, send it to the room. At this time, the air conditioning fan has been running at low speed, the compressor has been turned on and off, and the entire refrigeration system is intermittently working. Most of the generated cooling capacity is used to balance indoor air and convert humid air into condensate, while a small portion is used to balance heat and humidity and reduce indoor temperature. This continuous cycle removes moisture from the air. Air conditioning requires cooling and dehumidification. Performing two tasks simultaneously, the dehumidification effect cannot be compared to that of a dehumidifier.

The working principle of a dehumidifier:

The working principle of a dehumidifier is to use water in the air to condense and frost when it enters the evaporator of the dehumidifier, then collect and drip it through the condenser, and discharge it outdoors to achieve the purpose of dehumidification. Reduce air humidity. A dehumidifier is a special type of dehumidification equipment that can quickly control humidity within the required range, thereby saving electricity during standby. The working mode of a dehumidifier is to cool the temperature inside the dehumidifier, analyze the water, and achieve good precipitation effect and electricity consumption. Low, air conditioning makes the room cool, but the precipitation effect will be worse.

The dehumidification function of air conditioning is limited. During the rainy season, dehumidification cannot be reduced to about 70%, while ordinary refrigerated dehumidifiers can dehumidify up to about 45%.
